Position: IT Analyst

Location: Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany

Remote work: Yes, It’s available (After 6 weeks working at client location)

Experience – Freshers with Good Command on German language

Salary: 19 K – 25k Euro per annum

Visa: No sponsorship available

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Understanding of ITIL Framework. Working knowledge of Incident Management and Request Management workflows.
  • Hand on knowledge on any Remote Assistance Tools.

Role and Responsibility :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.


Job Required Skills:

  • German and English Good Communication written & Verbal skills
  • Qualification- Any Under Graduates/12th Grade holder
  • Experience- 0 to 6 months of Technical Support Voice Experience/ Telecom (Freshers are welcome)
  • Shifts- 24*7.
  • Rotational 2 days off.
  • Ability and willingness to learn.
  • Should be willing to take up challenges and go the extra mile to perform work responsibilities.
  • Must have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
