- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Understanding of ITIL Framework. Working knowledge of Incident Management and Request Management workflows.
- Hand on knowledge on any Remote Assistance Tools.
Role and Responsibility :
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
Job Required Skills:
- German and English Good Communication written & Verbal skills
- Qualification- Any Under Graduates/12th Grade holder
- Experience- 0 to 6 months of Technical Support Voice Experience/ Telecom (Freshers are welcome)
- Shifts- 24*7.
- Rotational 2 days off.
- Ability and willingness to learn.
- Should be willing to take up challenges and go the extra mile to perform work responsibilities.
- Must have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure.
